Searching for business information with Poynt

Poynt will help save time running errands - find businesses and services along your route - type yp to access directory listings.
From the Search Yellow Pages section you can search based on keywords such as: fitness center, auto repair, etc. - most any business or service category you can think of!
Detailed information, including address, phone number and driving directions is available by typing the number corresponding to the business you’re interested in.
You can mouse over the corresponding icon on the map for business details.
If you are looking for a business with a specific word in the name you can type "bno" in the Yellow Pages section to search by Business Name Only.

Searching for movie information with Poynt

You can use QuickCodes to move between sections. Type yp for business listings or movies for the latest movie info.
Poynt has the latest movie trailers - type movies to see them now.
You can find movie information, including showtimes and theatre locations with Poynt - type movies to get started.
You can search by theater name, movie title and genre - type movies to get started.
You can search for movie information playing on a specific day (like Saturday, tomorrow, etc.) or date. Movie information is typically available for the current week - type movies to get started.

Poynt gives you turn-by-turn driving directions - click the "drive to" or "drive from" link in the pop up box.
You can view a Map of your search location and search results anytime: Type: "map"
For users in the United States, the Activity Window defaults to a listing of advertisers. Type "map" to change the Activity Window from the default ad listings to the interactive map.

Poynt delivers search results based on your location and keyword - type sl <your location here> for the most accurate results.
You can use Poynt to save multiple search locations - type ml to get started.
The QuickCode sl lets you change your search location - type sl <your location here>
You can save a frequently used location with an easy to remember nickname: Type "ml" to start saving locations for work, home, school, etc.
Once you set your location you do not need to reset it to do multiple searches until you wish to change search location. Type sl <your location here> to set your location and start searching.
Save a new frequently used location by typing "add" in the Manage My Locations section.

To get back to the Main menu screen: Type: "menu"
Poynt offers enhances mapping and video functionality - accept the invitation to begin Poynt activity to use these features.
You can use Poynt on any wired or wireless device - all you need is Windows Live Messenger or AIM.
